I had a perfectly pleasant experience here, everything was perfect, the location was particularly good not far from the historic district, São Bento and the back garden. The staff were very helpful and amicable in case of questions. The room was clean and beautiful and it had an electric kettle, a microwave oven and air conditioning.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, super close to everything in the city center. We loved being able to easily walk to all the shops, restaurants, and historic sites. The room we stayed in was spacious and had good lighting, making it feel very comfortable. The cleaning service was excellent, keeping the room tidy and fresh every day. the self check-in process was seamless, making our arrival and departure very convenient.

We did experience a problem with the bathroom sink. The water was scorching hot and when we requested assistance, it stopped working completely.

I absolutely adored the charming decor of the hotel. The lovely floral patterns and cozy furniture made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for us senior folks. I appreciated the wide hallways and the convenient elevators that made it effortless for me to navigate through the hotel.

I would have loved to have some additional assistance from the children working there, especially when it comes to organizing activities for senior guests. It would have been wonderful to have some fun and engaging options specifically designed for us to keep us entertained during our stay.

The location was wicked, right in the middle of the happening historic district. We hit up the famous Livraria Lello bookstore and took awesome selfies with the Harry Potter vibes. And let me tell you, the pool was lit! We chilled there after long days of exploring, sipping on mocktails and living our best lives. Best vacay with the squad!

That we wished there was a cool bar or lounge area in the hotel where we could hang out and meet other party-goers like us. It would have been the ultimate spot for pre-gaming before hitting the Porto nightlife scene.

I stayed at Mystay Porto Bolhao - Pool & Garden for a week during my vacation. The apartment was beautifully decorated and always kept spotlessly clean by the attentive cleaning staff. The location couldn't have been better, as it was just around the corner from the main shopping street and close to all the major attractions like Ponte Luiz 1 and the cathedral. There was also a convenient Pingo Doce nearby. The self check-in process was seamless, with a code provided for both the main entrance and the room. it was a perfect place for my stay.

I was delighted with the beautiful and elegant decoration of the hotel. The common areas were well-maintained and had a charming ambiance. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent. The hallways were wide enough for me to easily walk with my cane, and there were handrails in strategic places to assist me. It made me feel comfortable and safe throughout my stay.

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is if the hotel provided more assistance from the staff. It would have been helpful to have someone available at a reception desk to answer any questions or provide recommendations.

I got great value for my money at the hotel. The room was comfortable with a lovely shower and I enjoyed watching English movie channels on the TV. The location was perfect, right in the city center and close to the metro. The staff was friendly and helpful, allowing me to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out.
